Kim Kardashian ‘in denial about weight gain’

Kim Kardashian has reportedly been wearing clothes too small for her rather than admitting she's put on weight during pregnancy.

The reality TV star is preparing to give birth to her first child with Kanye West in July. The new arrival is thought to be a little girl and while Kim can’t wait to be a mom, she is less happy about the effect the pregnancy is having on her body.

The star has eschewed maternity wear so far and has not shown much hint of a baby bump. Her weight has changed though, which she is said to be struggling with, choosing to squeeze into her old wardrobe rather than admitting she's bigger.

“Kim hates the fact that she’s so big already and that her figure has bloomed so early on in pregnancy,” a source told Heat magazine. “She’s still squeezing herself into outfits that are two sizes too small. She wasn’t expecting to have put on weight at this stage, especially as other stars have kept their tiny figures right up to when they give birth. She’s telling friends she feels eight months pregnant instead of five.”

The star’s smooth stomach has surprised many, especially when she appeared in a white Grecian dress at Sir Elton John’s recent Academy Awards viewing party. Apparently other guests at the bash were surprised to see she had a little help with keeping her curves in check, thanks to a pair of Spanx.

She was spotted wearing stomach-smoothing underwear and apparently can’t help comparing herself to her sister Kourtney, who is a mom of two.

“It shows her determination when it comes to looking slim,” the source added.

“Kourtney is a different shape to Kim and she didn’t put on that much weight during the first six months of her pregnancies, which hasn’t been the case for Kim. It’s hard for Kim.”

The 32-year-old brunette recently admitted she dresses more for Kanye than herself.

"I dress for my man way more than for myself!" Kim joked to Us Weekly. "[He prefers it when I wear] nothing! No, he likes cool, drape-y things. Very casual. [I'd call my style] sleek, sophisticated and very monochromatic."

The 32-year-old reality TV star - who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West - enjoys trying to help people out whenever they are having problems.
She admitted: 'I love giving dating advice, even financial advice.'
However, it seems the brunette beauty's advice isn't always well-received, with her older sister Kourtney unhappy after Kim suggested she was letting her relationship with partner Scott Disick take a back seat to raising their children, Mason, three, and Penelope, seven months.
Speaking during an episode of 'Kourtney and Kim Take Miami', she said:'Kim loves being involved in other people's lives, just meddling when it's none of her business. She just doesn't know when to butt out.'
And Kourtney wasn't the only person subjected to Kim's interference in last night's (03.03.13) show.
She attempted to mediate a face-to-face meeting between her close friend Jonathan Cheban and his business partner of five years, Simon Huck.
However, the meeting ended in an explosive row that left Simon in tears and saw Jonathan flee the house.
Kourtney said: 'If this doesn't stop Kim from getting involved in other people's business, then I don't know what will.'

Kim Kardashian is reportedly concerned about how much her 'body is changing'.

The reality TV star announced she was expecting her first child with her rap star beau Kanye West at the end of last year.

Kim, who has made a successful career out of her gorgeous figure and stunning good looks, is allegedly fearful about her quickly changing appearance as a result of her growing baby bump.

'She loves having curves and is proud of her famous bottom, but she’s worried about how much her body is already changing,' an insider shared with British magazine Look.

'Kim obviously thinks she’ll put on weight and won’t be able to lose it, so she’s still hitting the gym regularly – often twice a day – as well as taking on more and more work to keep active. Everyone around her is concerned she’s doing too much when she should be taking it easy.'

The 32-year-old is due to give birth to her baby in July this year and has already moaned on her official Twitter page about the weight gain she has noticed. While Kim might be determined to combat piling on the pounds with hard workouts, her partner Kanye is trying to convince her to slow down.

'He keeps telling her she just needs to get used to being pregnant,' a friend explained.
